Today has been a crazy morning. You know how you get started on one thing and keep getting interrupted so after awhile you have been working all morning and have nothing done. That is me this morning. Jack had a very bad night with lots of blood, clots. He is having a hard time breathing and doing a lot of blowing and snorting. Still no eating. I made bacon, thinking that would have stimulated his appetite, but he ate maybe one piece. I am wondering if his taste as well as his smell is off. He did eat a little milk out of my cereal bowl, not something I would normally give him, but I hated to take it away when it was the first thing in which he had shown an interest.

He is trying to sleep but can't seem to get comfortable. If he is still like this tomorrow, I will stop by the hospital and let them take a look at him. I was planning on going home tomorrow, but I hate to get that far away from his doctor. So I will have him checked out really well before we take off.

I guess it is going to be two steps forward and one step back. At least the cancer is gone and now it is just the healing with which we are dealing.

That's all because of you and all the help you have given to Jack and me

Love and Husky hugs,

Just a short note tonight. Jack is having some trouble with congestion, but we are trying to wait until tomorrow to take him in, saving that emergency fee. His student David spoke to the surgeon and let me know that she wants to see him tomorrow. So now I am wondering if I will get home tomorrow or whether it will get late. I am pretty tired since he has been so restless. That is the hardest part, he just cannot get comfortable enough to sleep. Poor baby. I will be glad to get to the doctor tomorrow, they are going to give him a pain patch which will be much better since he has had no pain meds since Sunday morning.

Thanks for all you prayers and support for Jack and me.

Love and big Husky hugs,
Debbie and Jack
