This is just going to be a quick post so I could get this site up and running.
Most of you already know Jack... but for those of you who don't...
Jack is a ten year old Siberian Husky who is loved so much by his Mom (Debbie) and everyone who knows him. He is a very special boy. Jack has been diagnosed with Nasal Carcinoma. He has been through a series of extremely difficult radiation treatments and has been a real trooper through the entire thing. His Mom is the best Mom any kid (skin or fur kind) could ever hope for. Her love and dedication to Jack is unmatched.
Jack recently (this week) had a follow-up Cat Scan to check on the progress of the cancer. Unfortunately, the vet gave Debbie the news that the cancer is still present and has grown. However, at this time, it is still in the nasal area and not going back toward the brain... for this we are truly grateful.
Now, the wonderful news... but this is where Jack needs your help. There is an experimental operation that could possibly CURE Jack. Yes, I said cure. This surgery has only been done three times before, however each and every surgery has been totally successful. A one hundred percent success rate... how much better can it get?
Debbie can post all the specifics of the doctors, hospital and procedures on here. But my plea right now is that we get Jack the surgery he so desperately needs to survive. At this time, until we get a total estimate... I can only put a "guess"timate here. Debbie said the vet guessed approximately $2500 for the surgery and (depending how Jack reacts to the surgery) $500 for aftercare. $3,000 can save this wonderful guy's life.
I've put a "DONATE" button on this site for anyone who can help Jack get the surgery. It will go through PayPal, which I've used before to pay for things and never had a problem.
The vet said the surgery should be done as soon as possible. Debbie scheduled the surgery for May 21st. I know we can do it. I just pray for this big guy, and whether you can donate financially or not, please pray with me that this will be done.

Having met Jack, and his mom Debbie, I can personally telly you how important they are to each other.
I sincerely pray that everyone will help Jack get the surgery he desperately needs.
