Just got a call from Debbie. King Jack is out of surgery and did "Stupendously Well" :-D !!! The vet hasn't come out to talk to her yet, but she will call me back as soon as he does.

Jack is recovering quietly. Usually howls his way out of anesthetic, but this time due to his "happy neds" he is resting calmly and quietly. He has an incision between and about an inch above the eyes down to just beyond the planum of his nose. Also in his throat for the carotid ligations. They removed as much of the tissue as possible so hopefully all those nasty little c cells are gone. They noticed that his nasal architecture was much more intact than they usually expect after radiation so we are hopeful that means less compromised healing. Will know more after the surgeon calls later, she went right into another surgery after Jack's.

Thanks again to all of you who helped. Don't what I would do without my dear sweet Jack.
