We had lots of storms tonight so Mollydog spent the evening in the closet under a pile of clothes. Jack never has minded storms. He is getting more comfortable b y the minute. He just went downstairs and put himself to bed. It is good to see that happen.

Melody is a doll. She is the tech who was in the kennel with Jack the night of his surgery when Amy called. So nice of her to offer to come when she was home with bronchitis. Now that is dedication!
Jack did well on his walk. Took the lead several times and was the first to the front door. Onl went about 1/4 mile. Very thirsty and tired so took a nap downstairs by himself, which I take as a good sign. Now that he is awake, he is a bit clingy. It is just miserably hot here and that is not helping how he feels.
I can see him getting better hour by hour. I wish I could send a picture I am working on that. Thanks so much for caring about my boy Jack
