Anonymous Debbie and Jack said...

We made the trip to Columbia and travelled between two severe storms. It worked out nicely and I got to drive with no rain. Jack and I stopped at his favorite roadside park and had a wonderful time up on the hill watching the storms move across the horizon. He got to see some deer over the fence and it was good to see him get so excited. He looked like the old Jack for a moment.

Tonight he is a little sedate. Has a lot of clots dropping from his nose tonight which I think is a little uncomfortable. I am hoping he will sleep through tonight. We could both use some uninterrupted sleep

Will keep you posted on what happens tomorrow at the hospital. If we are lucky, the staples may come out tomorrow too.

Hopefully will have a picture to post by tomorrow.

Thanks again for all your support and interest in my sweet boy.

Love and big Husky hugs,
Debbie and Jack

Jack does not go in until 2 pm CST, so until then no food. They may have to sedate him if they decide to take the staples out. He is feeling poorly today. I think heis depressed. When we get to Amy's he expects to go to the hospital. Poor baby. Amy hates it too. He has always loved to be with amy. After all, she picked him out when we got him in Colorado while she was in undergrad. He is her puppy, too.

I have spent the day hotpacking my eye. Today Jack and I are quite the pair. I am sure people will cross the street when they see us coming. HA!

Will let you know when we are done. Watch for a picture soon. Got a disposable digital. Am hoping Jack will perk up for a picture. The first two he looks like he is in pain. What we need is a Husky smile for the picture.

Thanks again for helping us get to this point in our journey. We could not have gotten here without you all.

Love and Husky hugs,
Debbie and Jack
